The High School
SCA is a comprehensive four-year private high school enrolling 150 students in grades 9-12. The courses provided are IGCSE, A Level and SAT. The school also has online education platform aiming that anyone can learn anywhere. The school opened in the autumn of 2021 and is accredited by the UK's largest awarding organization Pearson Edexcel (Centre Number: 95683).
The Academic Program
The academic program is organized on a rotating block schedule. Each block takes 90 minutes and students attend two (or) three block classes daily according to schedule.
In IGCSE, students take English, Math, ICT, Physics as compulsory subjects and they are free to choose two (or) three optional subjects from Further Math, Chemistry, Biology, Accounting, Business, Economics. IGCSE courses take 18 months and exams are taken at the end of the period.
In A Level; Math, Further Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Business, Economics, Accounting are offered, and students must take minimum 3 subjects. The A Level Family includes AS and A levels. Available in a wide range of subjects. A Level gives students the chance to develop intellectually as they explore subject in greater depth. Course Duration is 15 Months.
